Is my iguana dying!?!?!?! helpppp?

i have a green iguana, hes not old still very young. all he does is sleep, and he wont eat. and today when i went to get him out of his tank he was laying flat on a rock, when i went to pick him up he swiped his tail at me and rolled over and slowched his head to one side. please help what do i do
