GI Bill Benefits?

Hello all, to my fellow vets or anyone with the knowledge... When do you see the new benefits proposed for the GI Bill enacted? As of now I have used my GI Bill for one year and I am forced to work as well, it is very difficult as all college bound vets know. Will we see the new benefits soon?
