Any makeup tips for a beginner?

okay im going to hs in the fall an im working on reinventing myself and one of the things is i would like to start by wearing makeup and recommend like brands for teens. i want a completely Natural Look nothing trashy.so like should i buy concealer is im african american i have alot melon and like under my eyes are kinda dark and around how can i take care of this. is concear the answer. i want a look like Selena gomez just natural and nice and something to take care of my dark circles. lol am i asking to much questions. and for my lips i think i would just stick with plan old blistex
